RED BERRIES LIKE GLACÉ CHERRIES



& the 
great dark 
brooding bruise
of overcast sky

made the 
rain slick
tree trunks 
chocolate

& the lawn 
a garish 
green limeade

red berries like glacé cherries
rudely trumped the fir trees reach
