HER SPACE

tonight
they'll be a space
next
to
me

as i struggle with
snoring
and
breathing
and
sleeping
and
relaxing
and
the mad angry dreams
of
fights and weirdness and leaking sachets
    of
    human
    fat

not really a space tho
its conspicuous
and
holds too much in its rumples

a reserved space

HER space

she'll be here tomorrow night
and
the
next night
and
all
the nights after that
in
her
childs pajamas
with
cloud soft skin hot like a power station
murmuring
reassuring
nonsenses
and
a
night
face
calm as sleep should be

and
  anyway
    anytime
      shes NOT by my side
        she IS by my side

    if
    you
    know
    what
    i
    mean
